Tataa is acquired by a Dutch firm

The deal, whose financial terms are not being disclosed, is said to create a CRO capable of taking a molecular target all the way from discovery to a validated, regulatory‑ready result. Together, the two companies will employ around 50 scientists in Utrecht and Gothenburg, according to a press release.
